Know What Happens Before Your Plan Goes Live
A successful launch connects the program design, plan administration, and member education. We establish responsibilities and requirements with your advisor and participating plan partners.
- 1.Evaluate the Opportunity: Start with your goals, current approach, group information, and available plan data. We identify what is needed to evaluate options and develop a proposal.
- 2.Select the Program: Review available plan options, underwriting where applicable, services, fees, participation requirements, and responsibilities. Confirm the scope in the proposal and applicable agreements.
- 3.Prepare for Launch: Coordinate the required eligibility information, plan configuration, partner workflows, member access, and education. Resolve implementation requirements before the effective date.
- 4.Educate and Support Members: Explain the available benefits, app access, support channels, engagement requirements, and when to contact the team before planned care or an expensive prescription.
- 5.Review Activity and Results: Review available engagement information, medical and pharmacy activity, documented savings, and opportunities to improve program use.
Who Does What
- Employer: Provide required group information, make program decisions, and support employee communication.
- Broker or Advisor: Help the employer evaluate options and coordinate the proposal and implementation process.
- Transperra: Deliver the selected navigation, advocacy, cost-containment, technology, and reporting services within the agreed scope.
- TPA and Plan Partners: Perform the administration, eligibility, claims, pharmacy, clinical, and other responsibilities assigned in the selected arrangement.
- Member: Use the approved support channels and follow the engagement and care-arrangement requirements for the available benefits.
